Washington County, WI – Washington County Executive Josh Schoemann congratulated Dan Knodl after Knodl’s victory in tonight’sspecial primary election for Wisconsin’s 8th Senate District.
Schoemann made the following remarks:
I am so pleased with the results of tonight’s primary for the special election in the 8th Senate District. Congratulations to Dan Knodl for making it through! It’s especially gratifying that one of our own from Washington County prevailed.
I endorsed Dan’s run for the state senate because he has the common sense values, temperament and work ethic we need in this district where former State Senator Alberta Darling served so honorably.
Now, it’s time to dig deep as we help Dan battle the attacks that will come his way from an opponent who represents out-of-touch policies of the extreme left – policies that do not represent the values we hold dear in Washington County.
I hope you will join me in supporting Dan Knodl as he makes his way across the finish line on April 4th.
