It’s not very often that a conservative Republican praises Cap Times editor Paul Fanlund, but I have to admit, Paul is right about something.
Just a couple months ago, he wrote this:
“Madison has state government and the University of Wisconsin-Madison as economic buffers, but during this century has extended its economic advantage. … This economic cocoon can foster the sense that much of Madison is populated by people very like one another, and enjoy living in what many view as a bubble of privilege.”
